Where to watch fireworks in Chattanooga
CELEBRATE 4th OF JULY IN CHATTANOOGA
If you’re lucky enough to be in Chattanooga this 4th of July, you will have several options to spend the day dressed in your patriotic best! Including firework displays, child-oriented fun, and live entertainment, Chattanooga will bustle with holiday excitement.
Here are several places you can enjoy the fireworks this fourth of July season:
Pops on the river:
When: Wednesday, July 3rd at 5 pm; fireworks at 9:45 pm
Where: Coolidge ParkEnjoy a free outdoor concert on the Tennessee River and a dazzling fireworks display! This patriotic event starts at 5 pm with a special tribute to veterans, followed by a live performance by the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera at 8 pm. The evening is capped with a stunning fireworks display!
*Lawn chairs and blankets are recommended.*
Chattanooga Lookouts Baseball Game:
When: 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, and 3:30 pm
Where: Point Park, Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park
Celebrate Independence Day at Point Park with a series of artillery firing programs. Step back in time and experience Admission to Point Park is $7 per adult ages 16 and over and free for ages 15 and under.
Lake Winnepesaukah:
When: Tuesday, July 2 and Thursday, July 4
Where: Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park
Don't miss the giant fireworks show and see the sky light up at Lake Winnie! Visit the award winning amusement and water parks for a spectacular fireworks show. Fireworks displays will start promptly at 10 p.m. each night.
Collegedale Independence Day Concert and Fireworks:
When: Wednesday, July 3.
Where: Veterans Memorial Park, Imagination Station, and the Collegedale Commons.
Don't miss the City of Collegedale's ultimate Freedom celebration. Festivities begin at 5 p.m. and will include live music.
Middle Valley Fireworks Display:
When: Wednesday, July 3.
Where: Camp Columbus in Hixson, TN.
Starting promptly at 5:30pm Camp Columbus will be having a huge fireworks display. Bring a blanket or lawn chair!
