Thank you, 2018

Over the course of the year, our team underwent a major transformation. Don't worry, we still sell real estate (haha). What we mean by that is we faced challenges and new opportunities that allowed us to reach a new level and standard of excellence. While we are looking forward to all of the possibilities that the new year will bring, we have one final thing left to say... Thank you, 2018!

In 2018, our CEO, Doug Edrington, started his own brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices J Douglas Properties. We moved into an incredible building in the heart of North Chattanooga. The renovations took several months to complete, but we love coming to a place every single day that is constantly inspiring us to grow and improve our business. Just look at that view of the Chattanooga Riverfront atop of our building... 😍

Next, our team has grown by 6 amazing Realtors, many of which have doubled and tripled their business. Their personalities and fire for success have also challenge our tried and true team members to push their limits. We are so excited for what Aaron, Tony, Tatiana, Darren, Brett, and Michael will bring to the table in 2019. We also cannot wait to meet all of the new agents that will join our team in the coming year.

Additionally, our team has helped over 1,000 families make the transition into homeownership in the last several years. We are so honored and privileged to help so many families with such an important step in their lives. It is something that inspires us and drives us to become the best Realtors we can possibly be for our clients. We are ecstatic to help another 1,000 families in the coming years! Lastly, this year has also been a great year to give back to some amazing organizations. Most recently, we have donated hundreds of cans to the Chattanooga Area Food Bank and donated fun toys to the Toys for Tots Foundation. We cannot wait to continue this tradition in 2019.
