Fortunately, we've been able to hire 4 virtual assistants this year to help us with everyday tasks that keep your typical agent from getting deals done. I asked our newest virtual assistant JC a few questions and here's what he had to say...
Edrington Team: Can you explain what a virtual assistant is to someone who doesn't know?
JC: Yes, a virtual assistant is somebody who aids and assists in your daily activities as personal assistant. Our goal is to benefit your business from abroad.
ET: Where are you located?
JC: I live in the Philippines.
ET: Since there is a such a drastic time difference you are working at night, how is that?
JC: A lot of people in the Philippines work at night so we can be on the same time zone as the United States, so it's normal for me. Plus I am a night owl so I really enjoy it.
ET: What are some of the benefits of hiring a VA?
JC: Well the main benefit is that it opens your window of availability, it allows you to get stuff done all while you work hard for your clients.
ET: After working with us for a few weeks I have to ask, how is it working with people in Chattanooga?
JC: Chattanooga people are the best, I have a lot of experience with people from the south, my very first experience working as a virtual assistant was with Bell South before they were AT&T. I find people from the south to be very respectful and cool.
ET: Whats your main goal as a VA for our team?
JC: My goal is to take on some of the world load that can be done virtually which frees you up to focus on things that can only be handled in the office, like focusing on getting your buyers and sellers the best leads for there homes.
