3 Tips on Surviving Showings!

When selling your house you always want to put your best foot forward for potential buyers, but there is no reason to stress. Keeping your home "Show Ready" is really simple, and get this... you may even like the way it makes you feel! If you follow these simple steps and keep this checklist close by, your home will sell in no time!

1. Make your bed

If you're not in the habit of making your bed every morning, you may want to start now! This way there are no worries if an agent calls to request a last-second showing. If you have kids, make sure they make their beds in the morning too.

2. Treat yourself

Fresh flowers or a bowl of fruit makes your home look extra lovely for potential buyers, but it also will make you daily life a bit better too. Go ahead and embrace the splurge a little.

3. Use your drawers

Make sure you tuck out of sight an odds and ends that have accumulated such a magazines, hand cream, and jewelry. Use the drawers throughout your house to hide anything personal you don't want buyers to see.
